Can you believe we are headed into the third week of the New Year!?!? Wow!! Lol... Time is surely moving along.
Along with a brand New Year, comes a rush of excitement, a fresh take on life, heavy anticipation for new experiences, and a flurry of newly declared resolutions. Have you made resolutions this year? Are you sticking to them? I’m a sucker for rituals, so I’ll never miss a January 1st without making my sacred pact with the Universe/God to be better and do better.
The passing of an old year and birth of a new one is the only time when personal growth and wellness is so broadly embraced and spotlighted.
So I’m celebrating in all kinds of ways—both grand and simple— social and personal. Hopefully that will lend to some, co-inspiration and motivation.
I’m most excited about my continued commitment to daily meditation. As a mother of 2 and a business owner, I only have minutes a day to spend on self-care.
