Hello World and Haaaaaaaappy Meditation Monday!!!
One of the most beneficial outcomes provided by mediatation is increased brain functionality. Once again I do not proclaim to be a guru, but I do know how much clearer my mind feels afterwards. My personal struggles and and small conundrums even seem to shrink in size, after meditation. This is all because of the stages the brain goes through while in meditative state.
Mediation allows the brain the opportunity to disengage with your surroundings, and instead focus on a particular thought or mantra. When you notice other thoughts creeping in, you simply redirect and refocus your thoughts and attention. However, I'll let the experts explain the rest!
