Mantra My Mess Away: Prt-1

Hello LCP Family,

Wow...Monday. Again! (lol) And as promised, I will be introducing #MantraMyMessAway Part 1. Let me begin by saying, sometimes my life has felt so out of control that I didn't even want to get out of bed. I'd rather lay in bed with the curtains drawn, and sulk in my mess! My thoughts would run away from me and I'd get so mentally and emotionally drained. Yes, I would pray, listening for that still "small voice" to come thru and guide me, but my mind was too clouded and I was practically spiritually deaf!

I would wonder how things were going to get done, what I was going to make for dinner, the laundry that needs to be done, my business ideas would be stuck in limbo, and.... UUUUGH.. I was truly a mess! Bare in mind, that during this time, I also was a full time student. How crazy was I to take on all these tasks, like I was super women, lol.

Now, I'm not trying to say that everyone reading this has felt the exact same way that I have...but I'm pretty sure that many of you have. I think...lol. Have you???

God works in such a divine manner.. While in the midst of this chaos I was living, my curriculum (in holistic health) I ended up in a class called 'Meditation and Mindfulness'. This class changed the course of my journey and my life!

I have to admit...that class really woke me up!! Through that course, I realized I had control over my thoughts and that I could decide how to respond, and (NOT REACT) to life's situations! Today I would like to share with you the first 2 tips that helped me get to a more peaceful and positive place. I welcome you to come on this journey LCP! Repeat after me.. I will #MantraMyMessAway!

Mediation Mantra Tip #1 

*Why do I want to experience mantra meditation? 

Figuring out the reason will help you decide which mantras are best for you and what time of day would work best with your meditation needs. Meditation has wonderful health benefits as well as reaching a deeper spiritual connection.

Mediation Mantra Tip #2 

*Finding mantra(s) that resonant with you. Words have power and give off energetic vibrations. Saying the mantras of your choice reinforce your intentions. The repetition of the mantras help you disconnect from any negative thoughts and keep you focused on your positive intentions. 

The Mediation Mantra that I will leave with you for this week is "I know I can...,I am"..... It is so powerful and most intentions can be set with this mantra. With the mantra "I know I can...,I am... The possibilities are endless on how you can see yourself. I know I can achieve my goals , I am brilliant. I am a called and qualified expert in my field. I can manifest my goals, thru my works. I can achieve my goals. I am a phenomenal wife and mother, I am a phenomenal husband, father, and provider, I can do all that is required of me. You get the idea right????
