LIFE: GOT GRATITUDE?

What's up LCP!!
Wow! I am so excited to say I actually made it through this week with my head attached and a smile on my face! Lol how about you??
I would have to say a huge reason I actually made it with a smile was choosing to express gratitude. In this life we are constantly in a hurry, never really taking time to stop and "smell the roses". Enhancing the quality of your life through gratitude isn't a new concept but it is such a simple one that it can go under the radar. Utilizing the gift of gratitude can totally shift your perspective. Here are 3 simple steps to embody GRATITUDE!
1. A Morning Thought of Gratitude-
Once your alarm has gone off and your subconscious wakes you, take 1 minute to think of people and things in your life that you are grateful for. There will be so many thoughts of gratitude going through your mind, that 1 minute won't be long enough! It is a way to start your day off on positive, high vibrations. Try it for yourself, and see what I mean!
2. Create a Gratitude List-
When your day seems to be going down hill or you have had a trying moment with your kids, husband/partner or career, take a moment and write a list of the things you're grateful for. This will shift your mood and ultimately give you a chance to see the abundance in your life.
3. Express gratitude to everyone you come in contact with-
By showing gratitude to others even for the smallest things, you'll feel better on the inside; and others will feed off your energy and be more considerate as well. There is power in gratitude!
I am so grateful that I am able to share my love and knowledge for the trinity (mind, body and soul) with the LCP family!!!
What are you grateful for today? Something to think about, uhh?
#CHALLENGE- For the next 7 days you will transform your minset into one of ultimate gratitude! Each day you stop to smell the roses, and put negativity in check, let us know! Complie those daily gratitude lists, and tag us to them on social media! Don't forget to use our hastag!
