LCP!! What’s new? How are you all doing with your workout routines and your overall health? ROLL CALL!!!! This week we are discussing how you can evolve your fitness? We already know what it means to evolve by the definition above. So let’s begin discussing ways to go from simple to complex.

In order to bring your workouts up a notch we need to do a few things. Below are five ways to take your fitness to another Level:

 

One,move your workouts from reps to timed workouts. This means taking your workout from 25 reps incline dumbbell instead you will do that workout for one-two minutes.Many people use Tabata traininga popular forms of high-intensity intervaltraining(HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. There is an app for this.

Two, using more resistance, this means adding weight to your ab workouts or using a resistance band while doing squats.

Three,add an extra set to your workouts, this is self-explanatory.

Four, less break time in between sets, this means instead of your usual five minutes of rest in between sets you would take one-minute rest in between.
